The  principle of the fog cannon machine: the water mist sprayed by the fog gun  machine is micron-level water mist. It is produced by a special  micron-level spray unit under different pressure and flow control of  water and air. The mist particles are mutually exclusive and independent, which improves the combination with dust. The  fog gun machine is based on the principle of air delivery. First, the  imported high-pressure pump and the fine atomizing nozzle are used to  atomize the water, and then the air volume and pressure of the fan are  used to send the atomized water mist to a longer distance, so that the  water mist reaches a longer distance. At the same  time, it can cover a larger area, and the water mist and dust will fall  after condensation, so as to achieve the purpose of dust reduction. At  present, in many open-air stockyards and operation sites, operation  dust and local fugitive dust are difficult problems in dust management. In  the past, many companies used water spraying measures, but the small  coverage area and large water consumption made the water spraying  treatment effect extremely unsatisfactory.
