In 2025, Cambodia will fully implement the Euro V emission standards, strictly limiting diesel vehicle particulate emissions to 0.005 grams per kilometer and reducing fuel sulfur content to below 10 ppm. The policy mandates that newly produced diesel vehicles must be equipped with particulate filters. However, scenarios such as ports, mines, and logistics parks still require effective solutions for mobile dust pollution. Take Phnom Penh Port as an example: thousands of diesel trucks conduct daily loading and unloading operations, generating significant amounts of dust. Relying solely on vehicle emission reductions makes it difficult to achieve full-area compliance.
